Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ready Set Drive LLC ("Ready Set Drive," "we," "us") handles information you give us through readysetdriveauto.com, by phone, by text message, or in person.

Information we collect

Through our website forms (Contact, Vehicle Question, and Trade/Sell) we collect what you choose to enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, your message, preferred day and time, and, for Trade/Sell, details and photos of your vehicle (such as year, make, model, mileage and condition). We also record whether you checked the optional text message consent box. Our website host may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and if analytics is enabled we measure page visits and form submissions in aggregate.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, answer questions about vehicles, schedule appointments and test drives, prepare trade or purchase offers for your vehicle, and, if you opted in, send you text messages about your inquiry. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging (SMS) opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our phone/texting provider), and only to provide that service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that run our website, forms and phone/texting service, when you ask us to (for example, with a lender you choose to apply with), or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below.
